The Association of Seventh-Day Adventist Optometrists (ASDAO) and AMEN (Adventist Medical Evangelist Network) are collaborating again this year with our combined annual conventions. This year the convention will again be at the beautiful Sonesta Resort right on the beach in Hilton Head, SC!
Dates: ASDAO Convention: Wednesday, October 29 - Thursday, October 30 followed by
AMEN Convention: Thursday, October 30 - Sunday, November 2, 2025
Registration: Early registration discount is available. Register early and save! Register directly at the AMEN website at amensda.org
Meals: ALL meals are included during the AMEN convention. So Thursday supper all the way through Sunday breakfast. (Meals on Wednesday and Thursday breakfast/lunch are not included.)
Lodging: Guest rooms have been reserved in the block at a discounted rate.
Airport: The nearest airport is Hilton Head, SC and Savannah, GA which is approximately 1 hr away.
Communication: Please RSVP to [email protected] to let him know you plan to attend the convention so he can know how many are coming and make sure you are added to the ASDAO WhatsApp group for convention room location announcements, etc. during the convention.
